Amanda Kirchner is the Director of Operations for Microelectronics and Semiconductor manufacturing in the Raytheon Sensors Portfolio.  In this role, she leads an organization that delivers cutting edge GaN technology to meet the needs of the warfighter across a broad portfolio of land, air, and sea-based radar and electronic warfare applications.  Amanda has been with Raytheon an RTX Business for 22 years in a career that has spanned technical, program management, and operations leadership roles.
