Dr. Andrea Corrion has been at HRL Laboratories since 2008 in a number of technical leadership and management roles related to electronic materials and devices. She is currently the Director of the Microfabrication Technologies Laboratory at HRL, where she manages semiconductor fabrication and foundry activities. She holds a PhD in Materials Science from UCSB and is a recognized expert in RF GaN and related technologies.
