MS and Ph. D. in Materials Science from University of Southern California

Industrial Experience:
Worked on GaAs MESFET and PHEMT digital and MMIC technologies at Science Center of Rockwell International.

Joined M/A-Com in Lowell, Massachusetts as a MMIC process engineering manager and developed GaAs IC processes for internal products and foundry services.

Joined GaAs operation of Hughes Electronics in Torrance, CA and served as Process engineering manager, MMIC Department manager and assistant Product Line manager.

Co-founded Global Communication Semiconductor, Inc in 1998, as a pure-play compound semiconductor foundry service provider to communication industry.

He has since been involved in various aspects of RF, Microwave and mmWave commination technologies, including GaAs HBT, PHEMT, InP HBT, GaN HEMT and BAW filter for wireless communications.
