Ivan Eliashevich earned PhD in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois and Executive Master in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, New Jersey.

After a few years as a Research Scientist at Emcore Corporation, Ivan became Director of LED Chip Development at joint venture with General Electric Lighting. Ivan holds 25 US patents related to GaN wafer and chip processing and packaging.

In 2006 he joined IQE epiwafer foundry as Director of Sales and Business Development. Since 2015, Ivan is managing North American Sales and Marketing of advanced RF chip making services for WIN Semiconductors – world’s largest compound semiconductor foundry. His primary focus is growing WIN’s Aerospace and Defense business.
