Valeria Di Giacomo‑Brunel leads UMS’ Product Solutions and Foundry Services, driving innovation across the company’s technology and customer‑focused offerings.
Her career began in advanced research on nonlinear characterization and modelling of microwave devices, with scientific contributions at the University of Bologna and at IEMN in Lille, France.
Valeria joined UMS in 2011 as a modelling engineer and quickly expanded her responsibilities, later serving as project manager for technology development and as manager of the Modelling team.
In 2021, she took charge of Foundry Services, and since March 2025 she has been heading both Product Solutions and Foundry Services.
Valeria holds a PhD in Electronics Engineering from the University of Ferrara in Italy.
