   3. List of expectations/requirements:
      • a. Use CS MANTECH template in the link below
      • b. Maximum of two pages
      • c. Clearly describe the work and results, how the work advances compound semiconductor technology, what the innovation or improvement upon the state of the art is, and other relevant attributes of the work.
   4. Submissions will be made in pdf format. No other format will be accepted.
   5. Three of the first 5 accepted submissions will be randomly selected to win a prize!
